What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy typically involves the recovery of suppressed memories or modification of distorted thought patterns with a view to enhancing the life of an individual.

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis as a vehicle to enter the unconscious mind of an individual. Hypnosis is a relaxed, yet very focused state of consciousness in which a person is highly responsive to suggestion and direction.
